Hi, I'm Christine Phillips. I am a passionate art educator, photographer, and artist.  I currently work as an art teacher at Diamond Ridge High School, an alternative high school in Canyons School District. I have worked there for 2 years. Prior to DRHS, I spent 4 ½ years teaching photography and drawing at Hunter High School in West Valley City, Utah. I also spent an additional 3 years teaching art foundations at Turnabout Stillwater, a private school for troubled teens in South Jordan, Utah. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Visual Art from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT and a Master’s degree in Education from Westminster College, in Salt Lake City.  I live in Salt Lake City, UT with my husband and 3 children. I love camping, hiking, and traveling with my family.
